Jonathan starts back to school this week so I'm hoping we start to find a normal pace here sometime soon. Seems like he has been out of school forever.
Monday noon: The Most Delicious Meat Cubes, Naan, Brocolli/ Carrots
Tuesday noon: Fried Chicken (Ayam Goreng) this maybe with Rice and Hot/ Sour Veg or Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans. I haven't decided which way to go yet.
Wednesday pm: JJ's Tostado Salad Dip with Tortilla Chips (spinach for lettuce)
Thursday: Chick Peas in Coconut Milk
Menu: Spinach Soup, Zuchini Yeast Bread
Menu: Hummus and Zuchini Yeast Bread, my friend gave me this recipe for Tahini.
