Meal plan

Beginning to really get the hang of making breakfast in the morning. We wake up in the 6a.m. but thankfully no one is bent on having breakfast the minute they wake up. So we normally don't breakfast until at least 7:30 or 8:00 leaving me ample time to make a breakfast other than cereal.

Breakfast:

-Pancakes

- Baked Oatmeal- I tried my recipe with a ½ can of cranberries- delicious

-Baked Pancakes- essentially the recipe for Swedish pancakes

- Sweet Potato Biscuits

Lunch/ Dinner Menu

Monday noon: Leftover BBQ Chicken, Tuna Burgers, Mac n Cheese, Brocolli

Tuesday noon: Ayam Goreng, Rice, Stirfry Veg

Wednesday noon: BBQ Tempeh, Baked Potato

Thursday noon: Spaghetti and Meat Sauce (ground chicken)

Friday noon: Taco Salad for picnic out of town, fruit

Over the weekend: Smothered Pork, Naan

Leftovers of Rice, spaghetti & sauce, BBQ Tempeh
